Louise Syphers is the Director of Abundance & Beyond and has been partnering with women in their journeys to buy property since 2001. With over 20 years’ experience as a mortgage advisor, she adopts a uniquely personal service that encompasses:

Initially, we have an informal, no-obligation chat to find out about your circumstances and goals. Click on the link to select a time that best suits you!
2. Educate and empower
We work with you to gain the tools you need to achieve key milestones. We will advise you on the current market landscape and present the available opportunities. If applicable, we can also introduce you to our wider network of financial planners and accountants to ensure you’re fulfilling your financial potential.
3. Plan a roadmap
Once we’ve confirmed your current circumstances and your ideal future destination, we work with you to plot out the best route forward.
4. Take the first step
If it’s the right time, we act on your behalf (at no cost to you) to liaise with the banks and secure the best possible home loan. For many, however, securing a mortgage isn’t the first option available and there may be other steps we need to take first. Either way, we’re here for the long haul and will be here with you, every step of the way.
